Abner and Sarah E. (Van Sickle) Baker

Abner Baker was born April 14, 1808 in Wayne Township, Butler County, Ohio the son of Thomas and Lydia (Hand) Baker. Abner was the first man to marry in Clinton County. he married 1) Catherine Hood August 1830 2) Mrs. Sarah E. Stafford (below) November 8, 1886 in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Sarah E. VanSickle October 3, 1819 in Butler County, Ohio the daughter of John and Rachael (Shafer) VanSickle. She married 1) Edward Stafford 2) Abner Baker
